Hello,
I'm Chris. I am the library media specialist at MS 80x.
I've created a Ning for my coworkers.
It's been a little slow to get folks to come around.
I'm glad to be here.
Maybe I can get some good ideas & inspiration here.

Try sending out a "broadcast" to the members every once in a while---I found this to be a helpful feature. I sent out a little reminder, a nudge, a "hey there---whatcha reading?" It got some interest. I then also added an English teacher who had the most responses to his discussion and raised hm to administrative level----wow! It was great---he really helped add to the content enrichment and added connections I didn't have.
