I am very interested in the open learning concept. I needed to "brush up" on statistics prior to taking my first graduate school statistics course and found the web site "Khon Academy." It is really an amazing site and I recommend it highly. It is a perfect example of what online learning can be and how the material can be delivered. If we can agree on a method of assessment and something like an "International Diploma" then we will be well on the way to utilizing the full potential of the Internet in education.
