Ning advocacy is who you should contact. They are the ones you want to contact anyway if your doing a site for a school, because they have a policy about the google adsense ads. If you have students between the ages of 7 through fifteen they take the ads due to the inability to control adult ads appearing on your site. that particular part of ning is all about advocacy and education.
