Many thanks, Jim, for your response. I've taken a look at your very interesting site and I appreciate your taking the time out of what must be a very busy schedule. I'm in the early days of networking on this but will look to follow up your offer.
Meanwhile, on a personal note, my son lives with his wife & son in Mission - he works for ITVS and she writes - and my younger son as I write is on a visit from the UK! Great place to visit and clearly an attractive proposition for teaching to judge by your commitment.
