Hi Ruth,
With your interest in Technology Integration for your Catholic School, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service. Here’s a public class recording you might find of interest.
Welcome to the Ning, Ruth. I know I'm involved with a lot of different Ning communities but I find value in all of them. I'm not equally active in all of them but have gained lots of valuable contacts and resources through them. I follow specific forums to receive updates in my email so I won't miss important updates. Some groups are very small and some huge! I hope you'll have the same positive experience I have had. Since I'm retired I have more time to explore and learn!
Welcome to the community for those using Ning to power their educational social network. Also be sure to check out Classroom 2.0 for general discussions of Web 2.0 in the classroom.
Please introduce yourself in the "Introductions" forum post. And to see a list of Ning networks being used in education (or to add yourself!), please visit Social Networks in Education.
