Hi Carolynn,
There are so many web 2.0 tools that it's over whelming. I haven't spent much time on Ning but many of my friends asked me to join their network.

Hi Carolyn!
I am sooo excited - I have just created a ning network for a school in natal! Must be the first brave principal in our dear little country...

Pam Miller is one of the moderators in my ICT-4-champions group and I am thinking about moving it to ning as well. Distributions lists like google groups are just so impersonal! Brenda and me are web 2.0 toolmates and share what little we know with one another.

What is your del.icio.us username- and feel free to contact me on skype - i need more junior school input ....

Hi Caro I admit I haven't done anything else this weekend. :-) What I really want to do is set up Moodle but apparantly it has to be set up on a server. I don't have a connection at school so I can't download it onto the server there. I think the people who talk about it on Classroom 2.0 are teachers who get it on their district education dept server. Hmmm. We've got a long way to do.
I have struggled with navigating wikis and blogs but I'm sure I'll get there. As you say, it's a steep learning curve. This week Mark will be away so I can play all afternoon. I want to do some podcasts.
Have a great week. I have all my assessments in so I'm going to allow my kids to play games this week. (lazy!)
