I am busy planning district initiatives, training teachers, developing curriculum, meeting with district and administrative committees, reporting and developing budget proposals, overseeing implementation in the secondary schools, just to name a few of the things I do. As you can see, I don't have much time to be creative with my job as I do a lot of administrative work. I like to help teachers in their classrooms though and this is what I try to do through email and other online resources.
Julia,
I'm interested in what you do in Canada...your title DISTRICT HELPING TEACHER seems similar to mine at the Lindbergh School District...what keeps you busy Monday -Friday?
