thanks for raising the issue with regard to adult content communities (ning v eduspaces). I noticed that you are also a member of the DMU Social network facebook group - so being a current employee at DMU, I thought i'd say Hi. What's your connection? I have previously read a few of your articles, so good to connect with you.
Thank you very much for your help. I prefer Ning for a public network with educators but I would probably use Eduspaces for a private network (classroom) with my students. Both GGrosseck and Steve Mackenzie are good friends and they both are members of my College 2.0 Ning community
I requested help also to David Truss since he is a good friend and his blog is on Eduspaces
Hi Josie, would you like to contribute to the "The HTML editor ..." forum thread. It became a discussion of Eduspaces vs Ning for a classroom 2.0 environment. I think you have more knowledge than me about Eduspaces
Welcome to the community for those using Ning to power their educational social network. Also be sure to check out Classroom 2.0 for general discussions of Web 2.0 in the classroom.
Please introduce yourself in the "Introductions" forum post. And to see a list of Ning networks being used in education (or to add yourself!), please visit Social Networks in Education.
